Order Returns

When you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation e-mail, if after receiving this you decide you wish to cancel your order you may do so by communicating this request to us within 2 working days.

If you have already received the goods and they are not wanted, you must return the goods to us at your own cost and risk; this does not apply to made to order items. For made-to-order items we can accept returns only if faulty or not made to the specifications you have ordered.

Please note that a £5.00 processing charge may be applied and our original outgoing shipping costs will not be refunded. Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as initially supplied to you, we shall reimburse all monies, less any charges, paid by you for those goods.

Faulty Goods

If goods do not reach you in good condition, are significantly different to the advertised product or are faulty, please contact us to arrange replacement. Shipping costs for the affected portion of delivery back to Holmfirth Fabric Millshop is at our expense. We will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 7 working days and we will keep you informed about progress. Holmfirth Fabric Millshop will only refund you for the items that have been damaged in transit or are faulty once they have been safely returned to us. We must be notified of damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of receipt. Holmfirth Fabric Millshop will accept returns and give full refunds only in circumstances where the products have not been tampered with or opened. Your payment will be refunded within 14 days of our agreement to refund.
